Pinehurst Beaver Creek Rental Policies

Payment Policies – 50% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of verbal booking. We shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Balance Due - Non on-line bookings Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.

Cancellation Policy - Per Contract

If you have questions or need assistance, you may call our Reservation Department at 970-331-4807. Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in rental properties in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch Village. This is mandated by the ski resort.

Smoking is not permitted in rental properties.
